Looking for someone specifically...
Hello all!
First, I apologise for posting this OFF TOPIC message in this forum, but there are no others at this time.
It would seem, this is going to be the first post here. Hmmm, okay. :)
My name is Holly (known as CHARIS on line) and I am looking for a specific person, a woman. I do not know her name, but on-line she goes as Tinkrbell78. I originally saw her through an on-line service, but I am having trouble contacting her that way. Atually, I "winked" at her, then she "winked" at me. So I would like to contact her. Grin. She lives in Springfield, as do I, and would like to reach her. I know she is into Xena, thus why I am trying to contact her. Well, one of the reasons. Heh heh...
If anyone knows this preson, please tell her I am here. :)
Thank you!
Surely by now you've found them, but I'll answer you anyway. Use of the phone book for exact addresses is advised.
I haven't been there yet, but there is a bar reputed to be lesbian called Tipsy Turtle, on Glenstone just south of the railroad tracks & water tower on the west side of the street.
The Edge seems to have a lot of women, mostly over 30 crowd, although not exclusively lesbian. That is on Boonville about 3-4 blocks north of the Square, on the east side of the street.
The others are general gay. (Rumors is closed, incidentally.)
There is what used to be known as Oz that is now Jimmie Whatsis-name, but you can't miss it because it's just west of GLO, on Commercial (the center is near the corner of Washington), on the south side of the street--like the center, it has a rainbow-colored sign over the door.
Everyone knows Martha's Vineyard. All the young thangs hang there. That's on Olive, just west of the where you come out of the north side of the Square, on the north side of the street.
Did I leave one out, people? I haven't slept very well lately LOL Seems like there should be another one....
Can't help you at all with Joplin, sorry.
